New ID4PD Cases Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying two subjects.  One allegedly committed a theft in Dubuque (2025-008505, top) from 11/30/25 and one who is a person of interest in an investigation in Dubuque (2025-009220, bottom) from 12/28/25.
