E. 10th St. Closure between Jackson St. and Washington St.

 Due to a City-permitted special event, E. 10th St. between Jackson St. and Washington St. will be closed beginning at 8 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, until 1 p.m. on Sunday, December 7.
