Locust St. between 7th St. and 16th St.

Due to a local homecoming parade, Locust St. between 7th St. and 16th St. will be closed on Friday, October 3, from 10 a.m. until approximately 3:30 p.m.

Motorists are encouraged to use a different route during this time.
