INCIDENT TYPE: Vehicle Fires

The Dubuque Emergency Communications Center received a 911 call on Friday, September 19th, 2025, at 12:32 PM from an employee at the business for multiple delivery vehicles on fire. 

Engine 2 arrived on scene to find 2 fully involved delivery vehicles. Engine 2 secured the area, established command, deployed a hose line, began suppressing the fires, and began establishing a water supply. Engine 5, Truck 4, Battalion 1, and Medic 4 later arrived to assist in the completion of fire suppression and incident stabilization. Engine 3 and Truck 1 staged on scene until the fire was controlled. The last Dubuque Fire unit cleared the scene at 2:07 PM. Both delivery vehicles are a total loss. Property damage to the parking lot is still being assessed. 

The fire is being investigated by Assistant Fire Marshal Paulson but is not suspicious in nature. 

The Dubuque Fire Department was assisted on scene by the Dubuque Police Department. There were no injuries to the public or responders reported.
