Due to lead service line replacements, Elm St. will have a road closure between E. 28th St. and E. 29th St. from 8 a.m. on Monday, July 28, until 5 p.m. on Monday, July 28.

Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time. View a map of current closures/detours.
