Dubuque Memorial Day Parade

The Dubuque Memorial Day Parade is scheduled for Monday, May 26, 2025. The parade will begin at noon on Chaplain Schmitt Island at the Q Casino's parking area.

The route will proceed east on Greyhound Park Dr. to Admiral Sheehy Dr. and proceed beneath the bridge overpass, winding around McAleece Sports Complex before finishing at Veteran's Memorial Plaza. A ceremony will take place at the plaza shortly after the parade ends.

Please note that delays are possible in this area during the parade. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area during the parade's scheduled time (start time is noon) and parking may be limited in this area due to other events/activities taking place on the Island.
