W. 5th St. between Locust St. and Main St.

Due to a City-permitted special event, 

W. 5th St. from Locust St. to Main St. will be closed from 8 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 18, until 9 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 28. 

W. 4th St. will be closed from Locust St. to Main St. on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 12 p.m. until 9 p.m. 

W. 4th St. from Bluff St. to Locust St. will be closed from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Motorists should avoid these areas during the times and dates listed.
