Central Ave. & White St. Corridor Study Preferred Alternative Survey

The City of Dubuque hired consultant Bolten & Menk, Inc. to conduct a corridor study on Central Ave. and White St. from 4th St. to 22nd St. Since April 2024, the project team has held focus groups, attended community events, and conducted online surveys about current conditions and opportunities for improvement. The public input gathered through these efforts was used to develop four design alternatives for the corridor.

The public is invited to review the four design alternatives and provide feedback through an online survey. The survey will open through Friday, Nov. 1.
