Halloween Parade Street Closures

Due to a City-permitted special event, Locust St. from 4th St. to 15th St,, 5th St. from Bluff St. to Main St. and 6th St. & 7th St. from Bluff St. to Locust St. will be closed on Saturday, October 19 from 4:00 p.m. until 9 p.m.

The Halloween Parade starts at  7 p.m. and ends at approximately 8:30 p.m.

Motorists should avoid the parade area during the event's scheduled time.
