City of Dubuque Transitioning to New City Council Meeting Agenda Management Software

The City of Dubuque is transitioning to a new platform for City Council meeting agenda management. This change will be effective for the Oct. 7 City Council meeting. 

The City has used NovusAGENDA for City Council agenda management since 2011 and is transitioning to CivicPlus’s Agenda and Meeting Management Select software due to the planned phase out of NovusAGENDA.   

A work session was held on Sept. 16 to demonstrate the new system. The recording of the work session and instructions for viewing new agendas are posted to the City’s “Agendas & Minutes” webpage at www.cityofdubuque.org/agendas. 

The regular City Council agendas will continue to be published at 9 a.m. on the Friday before each council meeting. Current subscribers to City Council agenda notifications will remain subscribed automatically. Anyone interested in receiving agenda notifications can subscribe to the City Council Agendas Notify Me list at:  www.cityofdubuque.org/notifyme
