No Online or Phone Payment of City Utility Bills from June 27 – July 1

Due to processing needs related to the end of the fiscal year, City of Dubuque utility customers will be unable to make utility bill payments online or by phone from Thursday, June 27, through Monday, July 1.  

During this time, payments may still be made by mail or in-person (cash, check, or credit card) at the Utility Billing office on the first floor of City Hall (50 West 13th Street).  Hours of operation are 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Thursday, and 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Friday. Automatic utility bill payments will not be affected during this time.
