Leisure Services Family Scholarships Available!

Applications are currently being accepted for the City of Dubuque Leisure Services Family Scholarship Program. The scholarship program is a $150 household credit that may be used for:

full price recreation classes
annual swim passes and swim lessons fees (not valid for daily admissions)
pavilion rental or swimming pool rental
Eagle Point Park season pass
Pet Park season pass

Scholarship credits may NOT be used for:

pool daily admissions
Bunker Hill Golf Course fees
daily entrance fee to Eagle Point Park
other City of Dubuque services

Who is eligible?

Qualifying low-income families residing within the Dubuque city limits (residents)
A family is defined as two or more related people(s) residing at the same address
To qualify, the total household income must fall between 0% and 80% of the estimated area median income (AMI). See the current income guidelines.

To apply for the Family Scholarship Program, complete the online income verification form or visit the Leisure Services office, located at 1157 Central Ave. Office hours are Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m., Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
