Dubuque Police Death Investigation Under Julien Dubuque Bridge

DUBUQUE, Iowa – On March 21^st, 2024 at approximately 1046 hours, Dubuque Police officers responded to a location underneath the Julien Dubuque Bridge, reference the report of a deceased subject.  The deceased was identified as Robert Lee Schreiner, age 71 of Dubuque.  An autopsy will be performed by the Iowa State Medical Examiners Office.  No foul play is suspected.
