Thank you for participating in the Westbrook Park planning process! The conceptual plan for Westbrook Park is on the Dubuque City Council agenda for approval Monday evening, Feb. 5. After approval, the consultants will begin the process of putting together the bid specifications for construction of the park. The project is currently on schedule for construction in 2024.
