Veterans Day Schedule for Dubuque City Services

City of Dubuque offices will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10, in observance of Veterans Day.

The Carnegie-Stout Public Library will be open on Friday, Nov. 10, but closed on Saturday, Nov. 11.

The City’s public works department will operate the regular Friday collection schedule for refuse, yard debris, and recycling. The Dubuque Metro Landfill will also be open on both Friday and Saturday.

The Jule’s fixed route buses, mini-buses, and downtown shuttle will operate their normal Friday schedule and routes; however, the Dubuque Intermodal Transportation Center will not be open. Parking meter expiration violations will not be enforced on Saturday, Nov. 11.
