South End of Terminal Street & Parking Lot Closed Due to Flooding

The City of Dubuque Public Works Department has closed the south end of Terminal St. and the nearby walking path parking lot due to surface water.  

The walking path will remain open but walkers using the south walking path will need to park on Terminal St. and not in the stone parking lot.
