Deadline Approaching to Apply for an Arts & Culture Special Projects Grant

Eligible applicants are encouraged to apply to the Special Projects grant program, which supports cultivating unique and innovative creative arts and cultural experiences that prioritize community engagement and active partnership in which all parties may experience change and growth.

Proposed special projects must demonstrate all of the following:

• Uniqueness / Relevance
• Partnership
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Funding requests have a minimum of $1,000 and a maximum of $8,000. A 1:1 match is required. 50% of the required 1:1 match must be cash. The remaining 50% may be in-kind, cash, or a combination. 

Application Access and Deadline

• Applications must be submitted via the online application portal at https://cityofdubuque.slideroom.com.

• Applications for the Operating Support program are due by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2023.
