Closure of Northbound Northwest Arterial Road, between Asbury Rd. and John F. Kennedy Rd., to Begin Next Week

Due to the Northwest Arterial State of Good Repair Project, the northbound lanes of the Northwest Arterial, from just north of Asbury Rd. to just south of John F. Kennedy Rd., will close next week. The closure is expected to begin on Monday, April 3, or Tuesday, April 4, depending on the weather. 

At this time, traffic will be shifted to head-to-head (two-way traffic) in the southbound lanes of the Northwest Arterial. Access will be maintained at the Plaza Dr. intersection with temporary traffic signals. However, the right-in, right-out access road to Sam's Club will be temporarily closed.

The reconstruction of this section of the Northwest Arterial northbound lanes is expected to be finished in mid-June.
