DUBUQUE, Iowa – On February 2, 2023, the missing teens from Hillcrest Family services, Liliana Carey, 15, and Emily Dudney, 14 were located by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office in Cassville, WI.   The teens were turned over to Wisconsin Social Services and family members.
