Airborne Investments Public Hearing Notice

OFFICIAL NOTICE
 
NOTICE is hereby given that the Dubuque Regional Airport Commission will conduct a public hearing at a meeting to commence at 4:00 p.m., on the 29th day of November, 2022, in the Dubuque Regional Airport Terminal Conference Room, 10965 Aviation Road, Dubuque, Iowa, to consider a lease agreement with Airborne Investments, LLC for property located at the Dubuque Regional Airport for a lease term of thirty (30) years (copy of supporting documents are on file in the Dubuque Regional Airport Director’s Office and may be viewed during working hours).
 
Written comments regarding said disposal may be submitted to the Dubuque Regional Airport Director on or before time of public hearing.
 
At said time and place of public hearing, all interested citizens and parties will be given an opportunity to be heard for or against the disposal of said property.
 
Any visual or hearing-impaired persons needing special assistance or persons with special accessibility needs should contact the Dubuque Regional Airport at (563) 589-4234 or TDD (563) 589-4193 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
