Mt Carmel Rd Full Road Closure

Mount Carmel Road will have a full road closure between Harrison Street and South Grandview Avenue for private utility work starting 7:00 AM Wednesday Nov. 16 until 5:00 PM Friday Nov. 18.

Motorists will need to follow the posted detour routes during this time. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours
