W. 3rd Street Closure between Glen Oak and Roland

W. 3^rd Street will be closed between Glen Oak and Roland for emergency water service repair until 5 PM tomorrow, Friday, November 11^th.  Motorists need to follow the posted detour route during this time.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
