'City Life', Dubuque's Course on Local Government, Welcoming Applicants for Next Session

The City of Dubuque is welcoming applications from residents for the next session of City Life, Dubuque’s fun, free, and interactive experience of local government.
City Life participants have the opportunity to learn more about City operations and services that make Dubuque a great place to live, work, and play. Through presentations, behind-the-scenes tours, and conversations with neighbors, you’ll see taxpayer investments at work and be able to share your thoughts. Applications are due by Friday, Sept. 23.
The City Life program consists of six in-person sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings this fall (October 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20) from 6-9 p.m. Dinner is provided and accommodations such as translations and others can be made. The program will be offered again in the spring for those interested but unable to attend.
