Applications Open for Purchase of Services Grant Program

The City of Dubuque Housing and Community Development Department is now accepting applications for the Purchase of Services Grant Program to support local human services programs.

The Purchase of Services Grant program provides support for human service programs in the city of Dubuque that further the City’s goals, objectives, and priorities. Not for-profit and faith-based organizations located in the City of Dubuque providing year-round human services programs are eligible to apply.

The funding for Purchase of Services Grant program is determined by the City Council during the budget process. The Adopted Fiscal Year 2022-23 budget allocates $100,000 for the program. 

Three Grant Applicant Workshops will be held on April 22, April 28, and May 3. A link for registration, grant guidelines, and grant applications can be found on the City’s website at www.cityofdubuque.org/POSG. Applications are due Tuesday, May 10, at 5 p.m.
