Clasen, Hosch, and Kelleher Named Budget/Financial Analysts

DUBUQUE, Iowa – City of Dubuque Director of Finance and Budget Jennifer Larson recently named three new budget/financial analysts to the department: Jason Clasen, Robyn Hosch, and Nathan Kelleher.
Clasen and Hosch are budget focused budget/financial analysts, the two will examine the city’s budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures and regulations. They will complete financial and accounting reports that will inform the City’s fiscal decisions.
Clasen most recently served as a controller and manufacturing accounting manager for Rite Hite Corporation. There he analyzed sales data for process improvement along with other financial and accounting responsibilities. Clasen holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clarke University.
Hosch most recently served as a business manager for Starmont Schools where she analyzed and completed all financial and accounting transaction on behalf of the district. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Dubuque.
Kelleher is a grant focused budget/financial analyst, he will be responsible for the administration of the grant reporting system, review of grant contracts, recording grant related expenditures and revenue, tracking grant applications and reporting deadlines, and review of grant reports prior to submittal.
Kelleher has been an accountant with the City of Dubuque since June 2019 and was recently promoted to the role of budget/financial analyst. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Loras College.
