Washington - Elm Alley Closure between E 18th St. & E 19th St.

The alley between Washington Street and Elm Street located between E 18th Street and E 19th Street will be closed for private sewer service repairs starting 3 p.m Wednesday Sept. 15 to 5 p.m Friday Sept. 17.
