New Hours Announced for Dubuque's Municipal Parking Lots

DUBUQUE, Iowa – The City of Dubuque recently established new hours for reserved and metered parking in public parking lots in the downtown area.

Third St. and Main St. Lot: Metered parking 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Saturday
Third St. and Locust St. Lot: Reserved parking 24 hours a day, seven days a week, $52 per month. Metered parking 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Saturday
Fourth St. and Central Ave. Lot: Reserved parking 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Friday, $40 per month
Fifth St. and Bluff St. Lot: Reserved parking 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday - Friday, $45 per month
Fifth St. and Main St. Lot: Reserved parking 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Friday, $52 per month. Metered parking 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Saturday
Historic Federal Building Lot: Reserved parking 24 hours a day, seven days a week, $42 per month
Ninth St. and Bluff St. Lot: Reserved parking 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Friday, $42 per month
Ninth St. and Elm St. Lot: Reserved parking 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, $42 per month
10^th St. and Elm St. Lot: Reserved parking 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, $52 per month
11^th St. and Bluff St. Lot: Metered parking 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Saturday
11^th St. and Elm St. Lot: Reserved parking 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, $52 per month
12^th St. and St. Bluff Lot: Reserved parking 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Friday, $42 per month
12^th St. and Elm St. Lot: Reserved parking 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, $47 per month

These schedules are now in effect. Free parking is available in these lots outside the reserved or metered hours. To purchase a reserved parking space, or for more information, please visit www.cityofdubuque.org/parking or call 563.589.4266.
