Portion of Flora Skate Park Closed for Concrete Repairs

DUBUQUE, Iowa – A portion of Flora Skate Park, located at 1805 Flora Park Dr., will be closed from May 11-14, for concrete repairs. The public may use the open areas of the skate park while the repairs are under construction.
