The Next Successful Rental Property Management Class Has Been Scheduled  

DUBUQUE, Iowa – The next Successful Rental Property Management (SRPM) session will be held on Thursday, April 29th, 2021 from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM. The class will be held virtually via GoToWebinar and a link will be sent to each registered person.  Each registered attendee will need a computer, laptop, or smart device to participate in the course.  At the conclusion of the course, a test will be administered to registered attendees via a link for completion.  A property owner only needs to attend this course once.  More information can be found at https://www.cityofdubuque.org/SRPM .
