22 New Cases and Two Deaths in Dubuque County, 534 New Cases and 13 Deaths Statewide 

24-HOUR CHANGES & NEW TOTALS  
(11 a.m. yesterday to 11 a.m. today): 

POSITIVE CASES 

• Dubuque County: 22 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 3,753 
• Iowa: 534 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 93,448

DEATHS 

• Dubuque County: 2 additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 46 
• Iowa: 13 additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 1,400

TESTING & POSITIVITY RATE (As reported by the Iowa Department of Public Health)

• 89 more individuals tested. Total residents tested to date = 31,538
• Dubuque County Test Positivity Rate: 14-day average = 14.4%, average to date = 11.9%.  

• 3,339 more individuals tested. Total Iowa residents tested to date = 827,409
• Iowa Test Positivity Rate: 14-day average = 8.6%,  average to date = 11.3%

• Dubuque County: New recoveries = 31. Total number of recoveries = 2,254
• Iowa: New recoveries = 402. Total number of recoveries = 72,211

LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY OUTBREAKS 

• Dubuque County: Two long-term care facility outbreaks:
  Sunnycrest Manor, Dubuque (17 positive cases, 14 recoveries)
  MercyOne Dyersville Senior Care, Dyersville (19 positive cases, 7 recoveries) 
• Iowa: 55 outbreaks (3 more than yesterday)
