Deaths
There were no additional deaths reported in Dubuque County over the last 24 hours so the county total remains 23. Three additional deaths were reported statewide, increasing the state death total to 757.
Testing
As of 2 p.m. today, the IDPH website reported that 15,522 Dubuque County residents have been tested, up 193 from yesterday. Yesterday's positive test rate was 13.8 percent and the county's overall positive test rate is 6.5 percent.
381,605 Iowans have been tested, an increase of 3,732 since yesterday. Yesterday's positive test rate was 8.7 percent while the state's overall positive test rate is 9.4 percent. One in six Dubuque County residents have been tested and one in eight Iowa residents have been tested.
Hospitalizations & Recoveries
According to the IDPH, the number of Dubuque County residents reported hospitalized is 12, two more than reported yesterday.
186 Iowans are hospitalized due to COVID-19, the same as reported yesterday.
Statewide, 26,940 Iowans have recovered (275 more than reported yesterday), including 438 Dubuque County residents (six more than yesterday).
Long-Term Care Facility Outbreaks
According to the IDPH, as of 2 p.m. today there are 14 long-term care facilities in Iowa with COVID-19 outbreaks, the same as reported yesterday. There are no long-term care facility outbreaks in Dubuque County.
