Deaths
No additional deaths were reported in Dubuque County so the county total remains at 22. Three additional deaths were reported statewide, increasing the state death total to 742.
Testing
As of 2 p.m. today, the IDPH website reported that 14,495 Dubuque County residents have been tested, up 426 from yesterday, with an overall positive test rate of six percent. 361,512 Iowans have been tested, an increase of 7,275 since yesterday, for a positive test rate of 9.4 percent. One in seven Dubuque County residents have been tested and one in nine Iowa residents have been tested.
Hospitalizations & Recoveries
As of today, 169 Iowans were hospitalized due to COVID-19, one more than yesterday. The number of Dubuque County residents reported hospitalized is four, four fewer than reported yesterday.
Statewide, 25,833 Iowans have recovered (480 fewer than reported yesterday), including 422 Dubuque County residents (24 fewer than yesterday).
Long-Term Care Facility Outbreaks
According to the IDPH, as of 2 p.m. today there are 15 long-term care facilities in Iowa with COVID-19 outbreaks, two less than yesterday. There are no long-term care facility outbreaks in Dubuque County.

Local Test Iowa Site Schedules
Saturday, July 11:
Crescent Community Health Center (Crescent) will partner with Epic Health and Wellness for a Test Iowa site on Saturday, July 11, from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Participants are required to take the Test Iowa assessment (www.testiowa.com) and must bring their code to the site. The site will only be open for four hours. In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule the testing date.
The testing site will be located in the Crescent parking lot located at 1690 Elm Street, Dubuque, Iowa, 52001, between the Crescent building and Eagle Country Market. Please do not park in the Eagle Country Market parking lot or block traffic.
This will be a drive-up site, you should stay in your vehicle with your valid Test Iowa code – one code per person. If you do not have a code, you will not be tested. There will also be a walk-up site, please also have your code readily available.
Do not call Crescent about this event. If you have your TestIowa code, please bring it with you to be tested. You do not need to call in advance.
Enter the testing site by heading east on 19th Street and then behind the Eagle Country Market to the test site. Please drive safely and follow signage or instructions from traffic assistants.
