City Launches Website Redesign for Improved User Experience

DUBUQUE, Iowa – The City of Dubuque has launched a redesign of its website, www.cityofdubuque.org. The new website features an enhanced navigation and updated look creating a more user-friendly experience.
 
Visitors can now easily access the most requested information from the homepage. Links to utility bill payment, licenses and permits, trash and recycling, featured parks, and other commonly requested services will now be prominently displayed on the main page, reducing the number of clicks necessary to find frequently visited sites and complete online transactions.
 
In addition to an enhanced navigation, the website has a new look that utilizes easy-to-read fonts (larger than the former site) and a clean and modern design that improves accessibility and readability on all devices.
