INCIDENT TYPE: structure fire

Incident Description:
 Reported fire in the house with flames visible and all occupants outside.  First fire crews arrived at 8:48 and found fire showing at a first floor window.  All occupants confirmed out and an attack was made from the exterior to knockdown flames.  Another crew entered and completed extinguishing the fire which was contained to the living room.  
Fire was under control within 5 minutes and a cat was rescued from the house. Damage is extensive in the living room with some smoke throughout the house.  No injuries were reported and the fire is under investigation, but appears to be accidental in nature.
