Ken Kringle Historic Preservation Award Recipients To Be Recognized on April 14

DUBUQUE, Iowa – The City of Dubuque Historic Preservation Commission will recognize the 18th Annual Ken Kringle Historic Preservation Award recipients on Tuesday, April 14. A virtual presentation will be available at 5 p.m. on Dubuque Main Street’s YouTube channel at

The Ken Kringle Awards are presented annually during Dubuque Main Street’s Architecture Days to recognize the best rehabilitation projects in Dubuque. The award is named after the late Ken Kringle for his dedication to historic preservation through his involvement as a member and past chairperson of the Historic Preservation Commission, president of the Bluff Street Neighborhood Association, resident of the Cathedral Historic Preservation District, and member of the Old House Enthusiasts Club.
