The Building Code Board of Appeals will meet on March 24th at 3:00 PM as previously advertised.*PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with CDC and Iowa Department of public health guidelines, the public is encouraged to attend the meeting via video/teleconference. Individuals needing to attend the meeting in person can do so at the Jule Operation & Training Center (949 Kerper Blvd, Dubuque IA). No more than 10 people will be allowed to physically gather for this meeting. Please join the meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone.
