[ARCHIVED] Four Additional Arrests In Shooting Investigations

As part of the ongoing investigations into this week’s 3 shootings, Dubuque Police have arrested 4 more suspects on Riot warrants, bringing the total number of arrests pertaining specifically to the shootings to thirteen.

As part of the ongoing investigations into this week’s 3 shootings, Dubuque Police have arrested 4 more suspects on Riot warrants, bringing the total number of arrests pertaining specifically to the shootings to thirteen. Additional arrests are anticipated.

The 4 suspects arrested last night and this morning are identified as follows:

Michael C. Lewis 12/23/87 of 37 West 15th St.
Cornelius G. Mitchell-Peterson 05/28/90 of 1638 Iowa St.
Donzell L. Grant 09/25/90 of 1012 Wilson St.
Corddero C. Hall 09/15/91 of 1265 Bluff St.

All 4 suspects are being held in the Dubuque County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond. Riot is an aggravated misdemeanor punishable by a fine between $625 and $6,250 and up to 2 years in prison.

As with any criminal case, the charges filed are allegations and any suspect(s) charged are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.
