FAQs & Troubleshooting

Can I submit a paper application?

No. To streamline our grant administration processes, all applications must be submitted online via our online application portal. To assist you in your grant writing process, a PDF of the application questions as they appear in the online form are available for download and printing.

Can I compose answers in a word processing application like Word, then copy and paste them into the application?

Yes. Using this approach has several advantages. You’ll be working with a tool you are likely more familiar with. Also, as responses in the online forms are limited to set character counts (including spaces), you can use the Word Count tool in Word to adjust wording and formatting to fit in the form fields appropriately.

What should I do if I'm having trouble with the online application?

Applicants should visit help.liaisonedu.com for assistance related to the functions of the online submission.
