Flora Skate Park

**ATTENTION: The City of Dubuque is closing its playground areas and play structures as well as the Flora Skate Park to the public as a precaution during the COVID-19 pandemic. City parks will remain open but the more than 50 playground areas containing over 250 play units within those parks as well as the Flora Skate Park will be closed.

The Flora Skate Park was completed July 2019.  This 16,000 square foot concrete skate park features security lighting, drinking fountain, ADA parking space, storm water management features, security cameras, and landscaping.  The park may only be used for skateboards, in-line/quad skates, adaptive wheel chairs, bicycles, and non-motorized scooters.  The park may be used 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.  The use of protective equipment including helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards is strongly recommended.  This park is not supervised and the City does not assume any responsibility for injuries.  A sign posted at the park lists additional rules for use.
