The City of Dubuque is proud to share our story of creating a more sustainable and resilient city.  We also value the opportunity to learn from other communities and partners, and are excited to offer the following conferences, all being held in Dubuque in October 2017, to learn more!

Hosted by the City of Dubuque and Sustainable City Network, the Growing Sustainable Communities Conference will be held on Oct. 3-4, 2017. The 10th annual conference will be two days of education, inspiration and collaboration on topics of interest to anyone who cares about creating great towns and cities that stand the test of time.  Each year, the conference attracts over 500 attendees from over 20 states, representing a diverse background of government, private sector, non-profit, and education sectors.  Click here to submit session proposals, register, and review the program.

The Iowa chapter of the American Planning Association (APA) will host the APA Upper Midwest Planning Conference in Dubuque on October 5-6, 2017.  Click here for more details.
