Located at the north end of Kerper Boulevard at Hawthorne Street and Volunteer Drive, this eight-acre park includes:

- Boat ramp
- Large play structure
- Walking / biking path
- Picnic tables
- Restroom facilities

council ring area overlooking the river is available for a rental fee of $23. Contact the Leisure Services Department at 563.589.4263 to reserve a date.
Pet Policy
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CITY PARKS, except Miller Riverview Park, Heron Pond Trail, Granger Creek Nature Trail, John G. Bergfeld Recreation Area, and Jaycee Trail -- on leashes; or in the Pet Park on North Grandview Avenue. Municipal citations will be issued to anyone with a pet in a park where they are not permitted.
