Utility Billing
Overview 
City of Dubuque Utility Department provides the following services for the citizens of Dubuque.
  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Storm water
  • Refuse
  • Miscellaneous

There is always a utility bill associated with a property unless the property has no impervious (non-absorbent) area and no water service line. Inactive water accounts are subject to a $5 monthly minimum water bill and monthly storm water charge. Utilities are billed monthly.
