City Hall is open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
How can I view City Council meeting agendas and minutes?
City Council agendas are available after 9:00 a.m. on the Friday prior to a City Council meeting (first and third Monday). Agendas are posted at City Hall and on the City of Dubuque's website. Agendas and minutes can be e-mailed by registering through the "Notify Me" page on this website or mailed upon request to the City Clerk's Office, 50 W. 13th Street, Dubuque, IA 52001, 563.589.4100. Copies are also available at City Council meetings. Minutes are generally available on the City of Dubuque website the Friday following a City Council meeting and, pursuant to State Code, published in the local newspaper within 15 days of the meeting. Copies can be e-mailed or mailed upon request to the City Clerk's Office.

How do I have an item placed on a City Council meeting agenda?
The City Clerk's Office coordinates the agenda for all City Council meetings. City Council agenda items are due in the City Clerks Office in City Hall by noon on the Wednesday preceding the Council meeting. Please visit the City Clerk's section of the website for more information.
