Johnson Named Dubuque Building Services Manager

City Manager Mike Van Milligen has named Dave Johnson the City's new building services manager, effective immediately. Johnson, an assistant planner in the City’s planning services department, had served as acting building services manager since January.

City Launches Adopt-A-Spot Program

In recognition of Earth Day on April 22, the City of Dubuque has launched an Adopt-A-Spot program to encourage individuals, businesses, school groups, and other organizations to play an active role in keeping the community clean and beautiful.
