Disaster Services

Disaster Logo When disaster strikes a community, it takes a community to recover.  Volunteers who receive training in disaster preparedness can provide safety for themselves in their own homes and can in turn support friends and family in developing a plan as well.

"I became an American Red Cross volunteer, serving in a variety of ways including teaching First Aid and CPR classes to the community and helping families affected by natural disasters. These are programs that are looking to improve and even save lives at a local and even national level."
